Sister Loretta Meidl, CSA, formerly Sister Eva, died peacefully, October 27, 2021, at St. Francis Home, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Sister Francis Assisi was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Pielmeier and Frances Steinbeiser Pielmeier; her brother Joseph; and sisters Frances, Rita Samarzija, Rosemarie Gerhart, and Clara Karl.
